Day 1: Melbourne to Strahan (D)
Depart Moorabbin Airport at 2.30pm, arriving in beautiful Strahan at 4.00pm.
After checking in to your hotel, take a short stroll down to see Australia’s longest running play, ‘The Ship that Never Was’, a dramatic and hilarious true story about the last great escape from Sarah Island.
Enjoy a welcome drink and sweeping views of Macquarie Harbour from your Hilltop Executive Harbour View Room for the next two nights at Strahan Village.

Our 5th trip with Kirkhope, it was a joy as we expected. The Flinders Island trip was serenity to us, calm, peaceful, from lovely beaches to rugged terrain. At times the only folk around was our group of 8.
